1.1 Casinostake.in is owned and operated by Medium Rare N.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Casinostake,” “We,” or “Us”), a company headquartered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao. Casinostake is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao under gaming license 8048/JAZ2021-027 issued to Antillephone. Some credit card payment processing is handled by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Medium Rare Limited.

Suspension and Closure by Casinostake

5. YOUR WARRANTIES
5.1 Before using the Service and on an ongoing basis, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
Capacity

7. DEPOSITS

FIAT Withdrawals
8.5 You must wager 100% of your deposit amount before requesting a FIAT withdrawal.
8.6 Withdrawals from your Casinostake account will be processed through payments made directly to you or transferred to a bank account held in your name, as advised by you to Casinostake. Before processing any withdrawal, Casinostake reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence if deemed necessary.
8.7 The minimum withdrawal amount will be displayed on the website when you initiate a withdrawal.
8.8 If you have multiple withdrawals pending, Casinostake reserves the right to reject all withdrawals and request that you perform a single withdrawal for the sum of all pending withdrawals.

Crypto Withdrawals
